A presentation for the 2008 Oral History Society Conference, Birmingham
(UK) on July 4-5, The conference is entitled "WHO CARED? ORAL HISTORY, CARING, HEALTH AND ILLNESS

Ex-residents are sought who are willing to tell their stories of their stay at the Henderson and what it achieved for you . This can be in your own name or anonymously and in the form of a word document, an audio tape, video or if you wish you may talk to the organizers on Skype or by landline and we will record what you say. No ones story is likely to be used in full, but we will use what we can for the presentation.
we are also looking for photographs form your stay at the Henderson. if you do nto have permission to use people from those images, and or you do nto want to be identifiable, we can blank out faces before we use them
We are doing this in the hope that this presentation will inform discussions about closure by making it clear what those who have been to the Henderson and other TCs got out of it. That it will confirm its worth, directly from the horses mouth - from those who have been there.
